Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's FA Cup fixtures, including Nottingham Forest vs. Arsenal.

Luton vs. Harrogate (Sunday, 12.30pm)

Luton Town play host to Harrogate Town in the FA Cup third round on Sunday afternoon looking to extend their unbeaten run to three matches.

While the Hatters sit in 16th position in the Championship, Harrogate occupy 11th place in League Two after suffering three successive fourth-tier defeats.

We say: Luton Town 2-0 Harrogate Town

Despite morale being boosted with their EFL Trophy win earlier this week, this represents a significant step-up for Harrogate. The Hatters should have enough quality to claim a relatively comfortable victory, regardless of the team that Jones selects on Sunday.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Stoke vs. Leyton Orient (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Stoke City head into their FA Cup third round tie with Leyton Orient looking to bounce back from successive defeats in the Championship.

While the Potters occupy eighth position in the second tier, the visitors are 10th in League Two, a consequence of suffering back-to-back losses of their own.

We say: Stoke City 2-0 Leyton Orient

Regardless of which team O'Neill selects on Sunday, Orient will fancy their chances of an upset. Nevertheless, Stoke should be able to come through this tie in what could prove to be a routine afternoon.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Liverpool vs. Shrewsbury (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Liverpool will be looking to avoid a major upset on Sunday when they welcome League One side Shrewsbury Town to Anfield in the third round of the FA Cup.

The Reds' coronavirus outbreak is beginning to ease, but they are still expected to be far below full strength, potentially opening the door for Shrewsbury to pull off a famous giant-killing.

We say: Liverpool 3-0 Shrewsbury Town

The exact scale of Liverpool's COVID outbreak, and which players have been affected, remains uncertain, but it could be the case that an in-form Shrewsbury side never have a better chance to pick up a first-ever win at Anfield.

Despite that, we are still expecting Liverpool to progress through to the fourth round relatively comfortably. The visitors do not score many goals and even a second-string Liverpool side should have enough to see off League One opposition.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 3.5 goals.

Cardiff vs. Preston (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Cardiff City and Preston North End meet in an all-Championship encounter in the FA Cup third round on Sunday afternoon.

At a time when the Bluebirds sit four points above the relegation zone, North End have moved up to 14th position since the appointment of Ryan Lowe.

We say: Cardiff City 1-2 Preston North End

Regardless of the teams selected by their respective managers, everything points to a competitive tie in South Wales. Although the Bluebirds will be desperate to get back to winning ways, we feel that North End could outlast their hosts, potentially prevailing in extra time.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Spurs vs. Morecambe (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Praying for better fortunes in the FA Cup, Tottenham Hotspur prepare to welcome League One outfit Morecambe to North London for the third round on Sunday afternoon.

The Lilywhites enter the contest on the back of a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea in the first leg of their EFL Cup semi-final, while the Shrimps prevailed 4-3 in a thriller with Doncaster Rovers.

We say: Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 Morecambe

Morecambe's never-say-die attitude truly came to the fore against Doncaster, and the visitors will be fired-up to the maximum for this occasion, but Spurs should do their talking on the pitch.

The Lilywhites faithful will most likely have one eye on the transfer window over the weekend as well, but Conte's men should cruise to a comfortable win regardless.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 3.5 goals.

Wolves vs. Sheff Utd (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Fresh from kicking off 2022 with a famous victory over Manchester United, Wolverhampton Wanderers switch their attention to the FA Cup on Sunday as Championship side Sheffield United travel to Molineux.

Both sides have suffered from coronavirus-related cancellations in recent times, with Wolves playing just once since December 19 and their visitors not playing since the day after that.

We say: Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-0 Sheffield United

A 1-0 scoreline seems like a safe bet in any Wolves game at the moment, and given that they are likely to field a fairly strong side, they should be favourites to come out on the right side of it this weekend.

Sheffield United will be raring to go, but so long without a game will surely leave them rusty, and an away trip to Premier League opposition is not the ideal match for them to return in.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

West Ham vs. Leeds (Sunday, 2.00pm)

West Ham United welcome Leeds United to the London Stadium on Sunday for one of only three all-Premier League ties in the FA Cup third round.

Both sides come into the match off the back of year-opening Premier League wins, and will hope to start 2022 in better form than they finished 2021.

We say: West Ham United 3-2 Leeds United

The first FA Cup meeting between these two sides since 1930 is all set up to be a cracker, with each of their last five games seeing a combined total of 45 goals fly in.

We fancy that trend to continue this weekend, possibly with the bonus of an extra 30 minutes on top, but ultimately expect West Ham to make it through to the fourth round given Leeds' significant injury troubles.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Charlton vs. Norwich (Sunday, 2.00pm)

League One outfit Charlton Athletic will welcome Norwich City to the Valley on Sunday afternoon, with a spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup on offer for both sides.

Charlton have beaten Havant & Waterlooville and Gateshead to advance to round three, but Norwich have not been in FA Cup action since losing at Barnsley in the fourth round of last season's competition.

We say: Charlton Athletic 1-2 Norwich City

Norwich will view this match as a potential springboard, and they will fancy their chances of winning at the Valley despite their issues in the top flight this season. We are expecting it to be a close match on Sunday afternoon but are backing the visitors to triumph within 90 minutes.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Nott'm Forest vs. Arsenal (Sunday, 5.10pm)

Seeking a record-extending 15th triumph in the FA Cup, Arsenal begin their path to glory with a trip to Nottingham Forest in the third round on Sunday evening.

The Gunners kicked off 2022 with a 2-1 defeat to Manchester City at the Emirates, while Forest's proposed encounter with Barnsley was called off.

We say: Nottingham Forest 1-4 Arsenal

It remains to be seen what sort of XI Nottingham Forest will put out amid their COVID-19 cluster, but Arsenal's young guns should have no problem stamping their authority on the City Ground.

Cooper's men have proven a tough nut to crack on their own turf, but Arsenal just seem to go up a gear in the FA Cup, and we expect them to return to winning ways in comfortable fashion.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
