Sadio Mane sends 300 Liverpool shirts to home village

Sadio Mane donates 300 Liverpool shirts to locals in his Senegal hometown.

Sadio Mane has sent 300 Liverpool jerseys to his home village in Senegal so the locals can watch this weekend's Champions League final decked out in them.

The winger donated the shirts to Bambali from his team's Melwood training base, according to The Telegraph.

"I bought 300 Liverpool jerseys to send to the people in the village, so the fans can wear to watch the final," the newspaper quotes Mane as saying.

"My family still live in the village and they are all going to be watching. Nobody in the village will work this day."

Liverpool will take on Real Madrid in the final in Kiev on Saturday evening.
