Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly scouted Fenerbahce forward Vedat Muriqi for the second time as the Premier League club step up their interest in the Kosovo international.

The 25-year-old has netted twice in four Super Lig appearances for Galatasaray this season, while he was on the scoresheet in Kosovo's 5-3 loss to England last week.

Manchester United are said to have scouted Muriqi in the clash with the Three Lions, where the centre-forward found the back of the net from the penalty spot during a positive performance.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are believed to have watched Muriqi in action against Czech Republic with Mauricio Pochettino's side identifying the attacker as a potential signing.

According to Sport Witness, Spurs again watched the former Caykur Rizespor forward during Fenerbahce's 3-1 loss to Alanyaspor in the league on Monday night.

Muriqi, who has scored seven times in 22 appearances for his country, has a contract at Turk Telekom Stadium until the summer of 2023.
