Tottenham Hotspur reportedly head the race to sign West Bromwich Albion defender Nathan Ferguson.

While the versatile full-back has emerged as a key man at The Hawthorns, just six months remain on the youngster's contract.

Despite no decision being made regarding his future, the 19-year-old is naturally attracting interest from the Premier League.

According to The Mirror, Spurs are currently considered to be the favourites to sign the Baggies prospect in the January window.

With neither Serge Aurier nor Kyle Walker-Peters having established themselves at right-back, Jose Mourinho is eager to strengthen in the area as soon as possible.

Crystal Palace are also said to be monitoring the situation as they bid to replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
