Antonio Conte has reportedly banished Tottenham Hotspur quartet Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Sergio Reguilon and Harry Winks from first-team training.

All four players are believed to be facing uncertain futures in North London, as Conte continues to shape his squad before the September 1 deadline.

Six players have arrived at Spurs so far this summer, with Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perisic, Richarlison, Djed Spence and Fraser Forster all joining on permanent deals, while Clement Lenglet will spend the 2022-23 campaign on loan with the Lilywhites from Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Steven Bergwijn, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Jack Clarke and Kion Etete have all left the club permanently, while Joe Rodon, Troy Parrott, Dane Scarlett and Alfie Whiteman have all been sent out on loan.

Further departures are expected at Spurs, with the Evening Standard claiming that Ndombele, Lo Celso, Reguilon and Winks are four first-team players who are deemed surplus to requirements.

The report adds that Conte has banished the quartet from training and they have all been working alone since Spurs returned from their pre-season tour of South Korea.

It is understood that an imminent transfer for any of the four players is unlikely, and potential moves away from North London could instead take place towards the end of the window.

A recent report has also suggested that Spurs could be forced to loan the quartet this summer as they are currently struggling to find buyers.

Both Ndomble and Lo Celso have recently been linked with moves to La Liga outfit Villarreal, who are currently managed by former Arsenal boss Unai Emery.

The Yellow Submarine have allegedly held talks with Tottenham over a proposed loan deal for Ndombele with an option to buy the French midfielder in the summer of 2023.

A similar deal is also believed to have been discussed between the two clubs for Lo Celso, who spent the second half of the 2021-22 campaign on loan with Emery's side.

The Evening Standard adds that Ndombele has also been offered to Newcastle United by the player's representatives, while Fiorentina have expressed their interest in signing Lo Celso on loan.

As for Reguilon, the left-back has seemingly fallen down the pecking order under Conte following the arrival of Perisic and the renaissance of Ryan Sessegnon.

The expected arrival of Udinese teenager Destiny Udogie, who allegedly underwent a medical in North London on Tuesday, is also set to hinder the Spaniard's first-team opportunities.

Reguilon, who has previously been linked with La Liga trio Barcelona, Real Madrid and Sevilla, still has three years remaining on his Spurs contract.

Winks, meanwhile, has spent his entire career with Tottenham but is expected to seek pastures new this summer, with chairman Daniel Levy valuing the midfielder at around £20m.

Both Leeds United and Everton have previously been credited with an interest in the 26-year-old, although they have already strengthen in the midfield department this summer and it remains to be seen whether they are still open to adding the Englishman to their ranks. body check tags ::
