Paris Saint-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly seriously considering a return to Tottenham Hotspur, after being linked with the vacant managerial post.

The Argentine manager arrived at White Hart Lane in 2014 and during his five-year spell at the club he guided the side to their first-ever Champions League final in 2019.

Later that year, Pochettino was relieved of his duties in North London and he is currently at the helm at PSG.

The Mirror reports that Pochettino could be tempted by a return to Spurs after suffering mixed fortunes in his short spell with the Parisian club so far.

Daniel Levy is believed to hope that a Pochettino return could persuade Harry Kane to remain with the club that he has given 16 years of his career to.

Many names have been listed on the shortlist of candidates for the next Spurs manager, with Belgium boss Roberto Martinez amongst them also. body check tags ::
