How Rangers could line up against Livingston

Sports Mole takes a look at how Rangers could line up in Saturday's Scottish Premiership clash with Livingston.

Rangers will be looking to continue their impressive run of form in the Scottish Premiership when they welcome Livingston on Saturday afternoon.

Steven Gerrard's side have won four of their last five in the league and currently occupy third position in the table, just two points behind leaders and reigning champions Celtic.

The Gers thumped Motherwell 7-1 before the international break, but Livingston have already beaten Rangers in the league this season - running out 1-0 winners when they locked horns at the end of September.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at how Rangers could line up this weekend.

Out: Jamie Murphy (knee), Graham Dorrans (knee), Borna Barisic (calf), Ryan Kent (hamstring)

It may well be a case of 'same again' for Rangers following the thumping 7-1 success over Motherwell. Indeed, Gerrard has no fresh injury concerns, meaning that he could decide to select the same XI.

Scott Arfield and Eros Grezda both registered braces against Motherwell and should continue in midfield alongside Ryan Jack, Ovie Ejaria and Glenn Middleton.

Alfredo Morelos has been on the scoresheet in each of Rangers' last five Scottish Premiership matches, and the 22-year-old will be looking to add to his 15 goals for the season this weekend.

Gareth McAuley for Nikola Katic is perhaps the only change that could occur, with that alteration taking place at the interval of the clash with Motherwell last time out.

Jordan Rossiter, Jon Flanagan and Kyle Lafferty are all expected to remain on the bench for Gerrard's team.
