Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Primeira Liga fixtures, including Vizela vs. Porto.

Rio Ave vs. Farense (Sunday, 3.30pm)

Looking to bounce back from their respective Taca de Portugal exits, Rio Ave and Farense go head to head at the Estadio dos Arcos in round nine of the Primeira Liga Liga on Sunday.

Having failed to win the previous five meetings between the sides since October 2020, the Leoes de Faro will head into the weekend seeking to get one over the home side.

We say: Rio Ave 1-0 SC Farense

Still licking their wounds from their cup exits, Rio Ave and Farense will be looking to pick up a morale-boosting result and we anticipate an exciting battle at the Estadio dos Arcos. Rio Ave have enjoyed the better of this fixture, and given their home advantage, we are backing them to see off Mota's men who have lost their last four away matches.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Estrela Amadora vs. Famalicao (Sunday, 6.00pm)

Fresh off the back of reaching the fourth round of the Taca de Portugal, Estrela Amadora play host to Famalicao in round nine of the Portuguese Primeira Liga on Sunday.

The Vila Nova, who are without a win in their last three away games, journey to the Estadio Jose Gomes looking to return to winning ways and move into the top half of the table.

We say: Estrela Amadora 2-1 Famalicao

After stumbling into the new campaign, Estrela appear to have hit their stride in recent weeks and will look to maintain their new-found form. Famalicao's struggles away from home give Vieira's men a slight edge and we are backing them to come away with a narrow victory in front of their home supporters.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Vizela vs. Porto (Sunday, 8.30pm)

Two sides that have made contrasting starts to the 2023-24 Primeira Liga season will meet this weekend when Vizela play host to Porto at Estadio Do Vizela on Sunday evening.

The hosts are currently in 15th place in the league standings with six points after the first eight matches, while the visitors are third and just three points off the current league leaders Sporting Lisbon.

We say: Vizela 1-2 Porto

Porto have looked very good since returning from the international break, and they will know that they cannot afford to drop any more points while it is still early in the season. The Dragons will head into this match as strong favourites, and we feel they will live up to that tag with a fifth consecutive victory over this opponent.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.
