Mino Raiola: 'Nice's Mairo Balotelli eyeing Premier League, Serie A return'

Nice forward Mario Balotelli is considering a return to either the Premier League or Serie A next summer, according to representative Mino Raiola.

Mino Raiola has claimed that he is holding talks regarding a return to either the Premier League or Serie A for Nice forward Mario Balotelli.

The 27-year-old has enjoyed a successful period in France, with 37 goals being scored in 55 appearances in all competitions, but the attacker's contract expires in the summer.

The player's representative Raiola has suggested that Balotelli will move on during the summer, and it appears that a return to either England or Italy's top flight is on the agenda.

Raiola is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "Mario is ready to return, he has matured into one of the top 10 strikers in the world.

"In Italy, he's number one. He's worth €100m (£88m), but he's on a free transfer and is therefore a bargain. I'm negotiating with many clubs in England and in Italy. I've spoken with Juventus, Roma, Napoli and Inter Milan."

Balotelli has previously spent time at Inter Milan, Manchester City, AC Milan and Liverpool.
