Tottenham Hotspur 'agree £64.4m fee for Paulo Dybala'

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly agreed a £64.4m fee for the transfer of Paulo Dybala from Juventus after the Argentine's move to Manchester United broke down.

United and Juventus had reached an agreement in principle over a swap deal involving Dybala and Romelu Lukaku last week.

The proposed move broke down after United ended talks amid complications surrounding image rights and Dybala's wage demands of £350,000 a week.

According to Sky Sports News, Spurs have swooped in with their own offer of £64.4m, which has been accepted by the Old Lady, although personal terms are yet to be agreed between the two parties.

Spurs have been credited with interest in Dybala throughout the summer, with the 25-year-old said to be open to working under Mauricio Pochettino.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is understood to be uninterested in reigniting an approach for Dybala due to the Norwegian's determination to only sign players who are fully committed to his project at Old Trafford.
