Broussia Dortmund are reportedly ready to enter the race to sign Juventus midfielder Emre Can.

Despite being in just his second campaign in Turin, Can has been made available for transfer ahead of the January transfer window.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with an approach for the Germany international as they look to bolster their options in the middle of the park.

However, according to Bild, Dortmund are also monitoring the situation ahead of potentially making a bid at the beginning of 2020.

Dotmund have endured a mixed start to the new campaign, with Friday's 3-3 draw against Paderborn leaving the club five points adrift of leaders Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga standings.

Lucien Favre may look to seal a loan deal for the former Liverpool man, with the option to buy at the end of the season.
