Marcus Rashford hails "happy vibe" at Manchester United

Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford is glad to see the likes of Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo back in action following spells on the sidelines.

Marcus Rashford has admitted that the return to action of a number of key players has "brought a really happy vibe" to the Manchester United squad.

Influential midfielder Paul Pogba started three games last week following a two-month spell on the sidelines, while long-term injury victims Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo have been eased back into action.

Heading into a tough run of fixtures, including meetings with Arsenal and Manchester City in early December, England international Rashford has talked up the importance of having the trio back available for selection.

"Not even just thinking about football, but thinking about them personally too, it's hard to see your teammates out for so long," he told MUTV. "To have them all back now has brought a really happy vibe to the squad.

"I'm sure they're all really happy to be back playing again, and if we can keep winning with them in the team, it keeps everything rolling on."

United, who find themselves eight points adrift of league leaders Man City after 13 games, return to action on Tuesday night with a trip to face Watford.
