Jonny Evans, Victor Lindelof and Toby Collyer all trained with Manchester United on Wednesday morning ahead of Thursday's Europa League contest with Viktoria Plzen.

The Red Devils will head to Prague on Wednesday afternoon ahead of their European clash with the six-time Czech champions, and head coach Ruben Amorim will officially confirm his squad in the coming hours.

There could be three returning players for the clash, as Evans, Lindelof and Collyer were all involved at Carrington alongside their teammates, with Man United handed a triple injury boost at a vital stage of the season.

Evans has been absent for Man United's last four matches with an unspecified issue, while Lindelof has been missing since damaging a groin while representing Sweden during the November international break.

Collyer has been on the sidelines since the middle of September, with the 20-year-old dealing with an unspecified issue, but he was able to take part in Wednesday's training session.

As a result, Man United only currently have one player unavailable for selection, with Luke Shaw on the sidelines due to a calf problem, which could keep him out until the start of 2025.

Tyrell Malacia and Leny Yoro are among those to have recently returned from long-term issues, and Amorim now has a strong squad available ahead of a busy run of matches.

The Red Devils will follow Thursday's European game with a trip to Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, before heading to Tottenham Hotspur in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup on December 19.

Man United then have Premier League matches against Bournemouth, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United to end the year, before beginning 2025 with a trip to Anfield to tackle Liverpool.

The FA Cup also begins for Amorim next month, with the 20-time English champions visiting Arsenal, as the team face a potentially season-defining next few weeks.

How have Man United performed in the Europa League this season?

Man United beat Bodo/Glimt 3-2 at Old Trafford in their last Europa League match to move onto nine points from five matches, which has left them in 12th position in the overall table.

The Red Devils are only on point behind eighth-placed Rangers with three games left, and they will take on the Scottish giants at Old Trafford on January 23 before tackling FCSB at the end of next month. body check tags ::
