Ahead of Sunday's Premier League game between Manchester City and Wolves, Sports Mole looks at how Pep Guardiola's side could line up at the Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City head into their Premier League encounter with Wolverhampton Wanderers looking to extend their winning run in all competitions to six matches.

While Pep Guardiola and his players came under scrutiny after losing to Norwich City last month, they have responded with a perfect record and four clean sheets.

However, the champions remain five points adrift of Liverpool in the standings ahead of the final weekend before the October international break.

Here, Sports Mole predicts how City could line up for the meeting with the West Midlands outfit on Sunday afternoon.

Out: Leroy Sane (knee), Aymeric Laporte (knee), John Stones (muscular)
Doubtful: Kevin De Bruyne (groin)

With Kevin De Bruyne currently suffering with a groin injury, Guardiola has decided to not take any risks on the playmaker this weekend.

The Spaniard may opt for a combination of Rodri, Ilkay Gundogan and David Silva in the centre of the park, with De Bruyne tasked with overcoming his fitness issue for the run of games after the international break.

Further forward, Riyad Mahrez may get the nod over Bernardo Silva on the right flank, while Raheem Sterling will almost certainly be recalled on the opposite side of the pitch.

As a result of Sergio Aguero playing the majority of the Zagreb game, Gabriel Jesus will expect to get the nod down the middle.

Kyle Walker and Oleksandr Zinchenko are also likely to come back into the starting lineup at full-back after Joao Cancelo and Benjamin Mendy featured in midweek.
