Virgil van Dijk has been included in Liverpool's 25-man Premier League squad for the remainder of the season.

The Netherlands international has not featured for the Reds since being injured by a horror Jordan Pickford challenge in October's Merseyside derby.

Speaking last week, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admitted that he requires "a miracle" if Van Dijk is to play again before the end of the campaign.

However, the 29-year-old was named in the English champions' Champions League squad earlier this week and is now on the Premier League list.

Ben Davies has also been added to the list, while fellow new defender Ozan Kabak does not need including as he is under the age of 21.

Joe Gomez and Joel Matip are also included, despite both players being ruled out for the rest of 2020-21. body check tags ::
