Fulham will attempt to reach the FA Cup quarter-finals for the first time since the 2009-10 campaign when they face Leeds United in the fifth round on Tuesday.
After winning promotion back to the top flight last season, Fulham's initial target would have been to retain their Premier League status.
However, they have quickly exceeded those expectations and are now dreaming of qualifying for European competition.
Marco Silva's side are unbeaten in six games, and they are currently sat in sixth spot - two points adrift of fifth-placed Newcastle, while six points separate them from the Champions League positions.
On Tuesday, they will put their quest for European football on hold as they turn their attention to their FA Cup clash with Leeds at Craven Cottage.
The midweek game represents the first time Fulham have competed in the fifth round since losing 3-0 to Tottenham Hotspur in the 2016-17 season.
They also reached the fifth round in the 2010-11 edition of the FA Cup, but they failed to progress after being beaten 1-0 by Bolton Wanderers.
As a result, Fulham have not won a fifth-round game since cruising to a comfortable 4-0 victory over Notts County 13 years ago.
They will now be hoping to end their long wait for a quarter-final appearance when they face Leeds for the very first time in the FA Cup.
