Stoke City in talks with Bournemouth goalkeeper Adam Federici?

Stoke City are reportedly in talks with Bournemouth goalkeeper Adam Federici as a replacement for Lee Grant, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United.

Stoke City are reportedly in talks with Bournemouth goalkeeper Adam Federici as a replacement for Manchester United-bound Lee Grant.

Federici has one year left on his contract at the Premier League side and did not make a single appearance for the Cherries last season.

Meanwhile, Grant has been strongly linked with a move to United to act as third-choice to David de Gea and Sergio Romero, and Sky Sports News claims that Stoke want to sign Federici to replace the 35-year-old.

Federici moved to Bournemouth from Reading in 2015 and currently sits behind Asmir Begovic and Artur Boruc in the pecking order at the Vitality Stadium.

Stoke have already completed the signings of midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo and forward Benik Afobe this summer.
