Arsenal are reportedly hoping to raise £80m from the sales of Emile Smith Rowe, Reiss Nelson and Thomas Partey in order to fund summer incomings.

Arsenal are reportedly prepared to sell a trio of wantaway talents in order to fuel major incomings this summer.

The Gunners splashed the cash during last summer's transfer window as they looked to close the gap on Manchester City in the race for Premier League supremacy.

Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber all arrived at the Emirates at a combined total of £200m, helping Mikel Arteta's men move to the next level and compete in the Champions League.

That being said, Arsenal were still unable to pip Pep Guardiola's troops to the English crown, with the Citizens winning the league title by two points in the end.

A major talking point for the Gunners - especially during the January window - was their lack of central-striking options, with Germany international Havertz filling in that role for the majority of the term.

Arsenal looking to sell three first-team stars?

It is understood that Arteta has made the acquisition of a top-class forward a priority this summer, as Arsenal seek to lift their first Premier League trophy since 2004.

According to Football Insider, the Gunners are willing to listen to offers for two academy graduates in order to fund incomings to North London.

Arsenal are looking to offload both Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson, with the duo struggling for regular game time at the Emirates.

The permanent arrival and form of Norway international Martin Odegaard has pushed Smith Rowe down the pecking order, limiting him to just three Premier League starts last season.

It is believed that fellow top-flight outfit Fulham are keen on the services of the 23-year-old, and that Arsenal are hoping to pocket at least £50m from the sales of Smith Rowe and Nelson combined.

More sales possible

On top of a pair of academy graduates, there is also an understanding that a first-team midfielder could be departing the Emirates after almost four years.

Ghanaian enforcer Thomas Partey is said to be attracting interest from the Saudi Pro League and clubs plying their trade in the Turkish Super Lig.

The Gunners are said to be willing to part ways with the former Atletico Madrid man this summer, with the North Londoners prepared to accept an offer of £30m for the player.

Such an amount would go a long way to helping Arteta's side fund their spending, with the Spaniard said to be interested in signing Everton's Amadou Onana. body check tags ::
