Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Arsenal could line up for Thursday's Europa League Group A clash with Bodo/Glimt.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will ring the changes for Thursday's Europa League Group A showdown with Bodo/Glimt at the Aspmyra Stadion.

The Gunners will once again be without Mohamed Elneny (hamstring) and Emile Smith Rowe (groin), and Oleksandr Zinchenko remains a doubt with his fresh muscular problem. Gabriel Jesus has also been left at home to rest.

Zinchenko is sure to be granted an extra period of recovery if need be, as the return of Cedric Soares from a recent knock has eased Arteta's concerns in the wide areas.

Cedric can expect to be handed a start over Ben White this week, as Kieran Tierney comes back into the side on the opposite flank after impressing in last week's 3-0 win over the Norwegian champions.

Gabriel Magalhaes has been handed barely any respite this term, but the performance of Takehiro Tomiyasu at left-back against Liverpool may convince Arteta to pair the Japanese defender alongside Rob Holding in front of Matt Turner.

Albert Sambi Lokonga is in line to replace Thomas Partey as ever, with Granit Xhaka unlikely to be dropped, while Fabio Vieira will displace Martin Odegaard after his stellar showing at the Emirates on matchday two.

Marquinhos struggled to impose himself on the game last week but should still come in for a start over Bukayo Saka, while Reiss Nelson's return to fitness means that Gabriel Martinelli can enjoy a well-earned rest.

Eddie Nketiah started and found the back of the net for the fourth game in a row in Europe last week, and the striker could now become the first Englishman in history to score in five consecutive starts in the Europa League.

Arsenal possible starting lineup: Turner; Cedric, Holding, Tomiyasu, Tierney; Xhaka, Lokonga; Marquinhos, Vieira, Nelson; Nketiah
