Cuba Gooding Jr has reportedly been accused of raping a woman twice in 2013.

The 52-year-old is already facing six counts of sexual misconduct from three different women and has repeatedly denied all charges against him.

In a new lawsuit filed on Tuesday, a woman alleges that Gooding invited her to his room at the Mercer Hotel in New York seven years ago, where he proceeded to have non-consensual vaginal and anal sex with her.

Gooding's lawyer Mark Jay Heller told Variety: "We never received the complaint, but the allegations are completely false and perjurious. The contentions that he acted inappropriately in the complaint are completely inappropriate and untruthful."

Gooding, an Oscar winner for his supporting role in Jerry Maguire, has been separated from his wife since 2014.
