Tottenham Hotspur 'leading race for Eberechi Eze'

:Headline: Tottenham Hotspur 'leading race for Eberechi Eze':
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly regarded as the frontrunners to sign Queens Park Rangers playmaker Eberechi Eze during the summer transfer window.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly expected to launch a bid for Queens Park Rangers playmaker Eberechi Eze during the summer transfer window.

Despite making two high-profile additions in January, manager Jose Mourinho will continue to make changes to his squad before the start of next season.

According to The Sun, the Premier League outfit will looking to secure a deal for Eze, who has starred in the Championship since the beginning of August.

The 21-year-old has contributed 12 goals and eight assists from 37 starts - a return which has ensured that QPR have stayed away from the relegation zone.

However, with less than 16 months left on their star man's contract, QPR are prepared to cash in once this campaign is brought to an end.

Spurs are said to have sent scouts to a number of QPR's recent fixtures in order to monitor Eze's development. body check tags ::
