Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte has been handed a major fitness boost ahead of Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round tie at home to Brighton & Hove Albion, with both Son Heung-min and Christian Romero now available for selection.

Son, 29, has been ruled out for the last four weeks with a muscle injury sustained in their EFL Cup encounter away at Chelsea at the beginning of January, while Romero, 23, has been sidelined since mid-November with a hamstring problem.

However, both players have been pictured in first-team training and Conte has since revealed to the press that they will be in contention to feature this weekend, though it remains to be seen if they are both fit enough to start.

The Italian boss is set to be without two players this weekend after stating that defender Japhet Tanganga and midfielder Oliver Skipp are still recovering from respective knee and groin injuries.

Tottenham's squad is now a little lighter following the deadline day departures of Dele Alli, Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Bryan Gil – who all started in the third round win against Morecambe last month – but Conte was able to recruit two new players on deadline day in the form of Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski from Juventus.

Both players could be in line to make their debuts against the Seagulls after receiving their work permits and training with their new teammates over the past few days.

Conte is expected to hand Pierluigi Gollini a start in goal ahead of club captain Hugo Lloris, while Joe Rodon could return to the first XI and start with Romero, Eric Dier or Ben Davies in the back three, with Matt Doherty and Ryan Sessegnon potentially getting the nod over Emerson Royal and Sergio Reguilon as the wing-backs.

Harry Winks has started the last four matches in centre-midfield and he could remain alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, while talisman Harry Kane will likely lead the line, supported in attack by Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn.

Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Gollini; Rodon, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Winks, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Moura, Bergwijn; Kane
