Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reiterated that Manchester United have no intention of cashing in on midfielder Paul Pogba this summer.

The France international is about to enter the final year of his contract and has been touted as a target for Real Madrid and Juventus.

Pogba's agent Mino Raiola declared at the end of last year that his client's time at Old Trafford "was over", but the 28-year-old has tried to distance himself from those comments.

A failure to tie the former Juve man down to a new deal could force United's hands at the end of the campaign, though Solskjaer has made his stance clear on Pogba's future.

Asked if the club will cash in this summer if fresh terms are not agreed, Solskjaer said: "No, of course not.

"I have always said with Paul that I enjoy managing him, I enjoy coaching him, I enjoy talking to him and I also enjoy challenging him because he is a winner.

"He wants to be better and that's why he listens. You can see he's enjoying himself here as well. He has a smile on his face."

Pogba has four assists and a goal in his last seven appearances for United in all competitions. body check tags ::
