Bayer Leverkusen starlet Florian Wirtz is reportedly attracting interest from several Premier League clubs, who will consider making a move in one of the upcoming transfer windows.

The attacking midfielder, who turned 18 years of age in May, has established himself as an important figure in Gerardo Seoane's starting lineup in the last 12 months.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich as well as 'many Premier League clubs' are monitoring Wirtz, who is tied down to Leverkusen until June 2026.

The report also states that Wirtz – who has previously been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United – has no release clause in his contract and that Leverkusen consider the midfielder as 'untouchable' in next summer's transfer window.

Wirtz's father, Joachim Wirtz, recently revealed that his son would like to stay at the BayArena for "the next two years".

The teenager, who is currently away with the German national team during this month's international break, has made a bright start to the new campaign, scoring six goals and providing five assists in just eight matches for Leverkusen.
