Manchester United have reportedly informed Inter Milan that they will only consider selling Paul Pogba to the Italian giants if Lautaro Martinez is included in the deal.

Pogba continues to be linked with a move away from Old Trafford, although Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has insisted that the France international will not be leaving during the January transfer window.

The 2018 World Cup winner has struggled with an ankle problem this season and has undergone surgery in a bid to correct the issue, which is likely to keep him on the sidelines for the next month.

Juventus and Real Madrid continue to be credited with an interest in the 26-year-old, although Inter have reportedly moved to the head of the queue in recent days.

According to The Mirror, United are open to allowing the midfielder to join Antonio Conte's side but would demand that Martinez is included as part of any agreement.

The Argentina international has managed 13 goals in 22 appearances for Inter during the 2019-20 campaign, including five strikes in six Champions League outings.

The 22-year-old, who has also been linked with a switch to Barcelona and Manchester City, has a contract at San Siro until the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
