Liverpool could move for Brighton & Hove Albion centre-back Ben White this summer, according to a repot.

Liverpool could reportedly attempt to sign Brighton & Hove Albion centre-back Ben White during this summer's transfer window.

The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive 2019-20 campaign on loan at Leeds United, playing a key role in Marcelo Bielsa's side securing a return to the Premier League.

The Whites are thought to be keen on a permanent deal for the defender, but according to The Mirror, Liverpool are also weighing up a summer approach.

Brighton boss Graham Potter recently suggested that White would not be allowed to leave the Seagulls ahead of the 2020-21 campaign, having made a strong impression at Leeds.

However, a number of clubs, including Manchester United and Chelsea, have previously been linked with a move, suggesting that his parent club might struggle to keep him at the Amex.

White has a contract with Brighton until the end of the 2021-22 season.
