Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot is reportedly determined to stay and fight for his place at the club, amid reports linking him with a move to Borussia Dortmund.

The German outfit have opened talks with Dalot, while AC Milan are also thought to be interested in him after taking him on loan for the 2020-21 season.

The 22-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the Man United first team since arriving in 2018, making just 20 Premier League appearances for the club so far.

Dalot made more Serie A appearances than that in his sole season on loan at Milan, but Goal reports that he wants to work his way back into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's thinking.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has established himself as the Red Devils' first-choice right-back, while the club have repeatedly been linked with reinforcements in that area of the field, most notably Kieran Trippier.

However, Dalot will only be allowed to leave if Man United can first bring in a replacement, and both Solskjaer and Dalot are thought to be happy with him staying at Old Trafford this season.
