Didier Deschamps to lure Paul Pogba to Juventus?

By , Senior Reporter | 3d
Juventus are allegedly hopeful that appointing Didier Deschamps as their new manager in the summer could tempt Manchester United's Paul Pogba into a return to Turin.

Juventus have reportedly started to consider the summer managerial appointment of Didier Deschamps, and hope that it may lead to a reunion with Paul Pogba.

Massimiliano Allegri has enjoyed a hugely successful spell at Juventus with four league and cup doubles being achieved since 2014, but the Italian giants are already out of the Coppa Italia and face a two-goal deficit to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League after the first leg of their last-16 tie.

Juventus continue to dominate in Serie A, but there have previously been claims that the two parties could part ways in the summer and according to Tuttomercatoweb, Deschamps is on his former club's radar.

The report adds that Juventus feel the arrival of the France boss could potentially lead to Pogba being tempted to leave Manchester United and return to Turin.

Pogba is currently enjoying an excellent run of form under United's caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but it remains to be seen how he would react if provided with the opportunity to work with his national team coach at Juventus.
