Manchester City win race for Peruvian defender?

:Headline: Manchester City win race for Peruvian defender?:
Premier League giants Manchester City allegedly win the race to sign highly-rated Peruvian youngster Kluiverth Aguilar in 2021.

Manchester City have reportedly struck a deal to sign Peruvian youngster Kluiverth Aguilar.

Earlier this year, City confirmed that they had won the race for Brazil Under-17 international Yan Couto, who has seemingly been identified as a future first-team regular at right-back.

However, according to Depor, the Premier League giants are looking to strengthen their youth ranks with the addition of another player in that position.

Aguiliar, who does not turn 17 years of age until May, is said to have agreed to a future transfer to the Etihad Stadium.

The report adds that the teenager could be provided with opportunities at one of City's sister clubs before being considered for a place in the senior side.

The English outfit are unable to complete a deal until May next year, when the prospect is 18 years old. body check tags ::
