Swansea City allegedly feel confident regarding their efforts to secure a loan deal for Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster.

Swansea City are reportedly confident of signing Liverpool youngster Rhian Brewster on a loan deal until the end of the campaign.

Despite being highly regarded at Anfield, Brewster has been limited to just two appearances in the EFL Cup this season.

Aware of the 19-year-old's need for more game time, Jurgen Klopp is prepared to send the prospect elsewhere, whether that be to a Premier League or Championship club.

While there is interest from the top flight, the Daily Mail says that Swansea feel well placed to push through a temporary transfer.

Brewster is well known to boss Steve Cooper, with the pair having worked together during their time with England Under-17s.

Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Preston North End, Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield Town have also been credited with an interest.
