Manchester City 'learn Fabian Ruiz asking price'

:Headline: Manchester City 'learn Fabian Ruiz asking price':
Manchester City learn that they will have to come up with an offer of close to £70m if they wish to sign Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz, according to a report.

Manchester City have reportedly been informed that they will have to come up with an offer of at least €80m (£69.8m) if they wish to sign Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz this summer.

The 24-year-old has again been in impressive form for his Italian club during the 2019-20 campaign, contributing three goals and two assists in 32 appearances in all competitions.

A number of clubs, including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Liverpool, are believed to be interested in the Spain international ahead of this summer's transfer window.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Man City also have a keen interest in the midfielder, and the Premier League champions have been informed that the asking price is €80m (£69.8m).

Pep Guardiola's side spent big on defensive midfielder Rodri last summer, but David Silva will be leaving the Etihad Stadium on a free transfer at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

City are also believed to be weighing up a move for Brighton & Hove Albion's Ben White. body check tags ::
