Chelsea want Wilfried Zaha, Timo Werner?

Chelsea are planning moves for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha and RB Leipzig frontman Timo Werner, according to a report.

Any moves the Blues make will hinge on the outcome of their hearing at the Court of Arbitration for Sport on November 20, which will determine whether they are allowed to make signings again.

If their transfer ban is lifted, The Express reports, deals for Zaha and Werner - both of whom they have shown interest in previously - will be prioritised.

Both Willian and Pedro are now over 30 and it is believed that Frank Lampard wants more youthful options in the wide areas, with the 26-year-old Palace winger thought to be seen as a perfect fit.

Werner, who has had a hand in 12 goals for RB Leipzig this season, would give the Blues another option up front to complement the likes of Olivier Giroud and Tammy Abraham, although Chelsea will face competition as Liverpool and Manchester United are both also interested in the German striker.
