Ahead of Saturday's Premier League game between Chelsea and Crystal Palace, Sports Mole looks at how Frank Lampard's side could line up at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea play host to Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon looking to continue their impressive run in England's top flight.

Wins over Brighton & Hove Albion, Southampton, Newcastle United, Burnley and Watford have moved the Blues into fourth position in the table.

However, as has been the case all season, Frank Lampard continues to deal with a number of selection issues, which will lead to at least one alteration at the weekend.

Here, Sports Mole predicts how the West Londoners could line up for the game at Stamford Bridge.

Out: Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Achilles), Antonio Rudiger (pelvis), Jorginho (suspended), Ross Barkley
Doubtful: Mason Mount (ankle),

With Jorginho serving a one-match suspension for five yellow cards, N'Golo Kante is expected to partner Mateo Kovacic in midfield.

Ross Barkley had been expected to return after an ankle injury, but Lampard has revealed that the Englishman remains out of contention, potentially leaving Mason Mount to continue his run in the team despite picking up a minor ankle issue in midweek.

Having missed the Champions League clash with the Dutch giants, Emerson Palmieri is in line to be restored at left-back, which will likely mean that Reece James has to make do with a spot among the replacements.

Further forward, Callum Hudson-Odoi could be preferred to Christian Pulisic, who has started the last four fixtures in all competitions.

Michy Batshuayi is also pushing for a role in the first XI against a club who he represented during the second half of last season.

However, despite having played a lot of football this season, Tammy Abraham should be retained in the starting lineup.
