Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Athletic Bilbao.

Barcelona's XI for Sunday's La Liga clash with Athletic Bilbao is expected to be similar to the one that took to the field for Thursday's Europa League contest with Napoli.

Xavi's side beat Napoli 4-2 in the second leg of their knockout round playoff clash to advance to the next stage, and the team is unlikely to show many alterations from the fixture in Italy.

There will have to be a change at left-back, though, with Jordi Alba out through suspension, so Sergino Dest could switch across to the left, with Dani Alves returning at right-back.

There are unlikely to be any alterations in the middle of the park, with Sergio Busquets set to be joined by Frenkie de Jong and Pedri once again.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made it four goals in five appearances for Barcelona with a strike on Thursday, and the January arrival should again operate at centre-forward.

Ferran Torres is also likely to keep his spot in the final third, but there could be a change in the front three, with Gavi potentially coming in for Adama Traore.

Barcelona remain without the services of Samuel Umtiti, Ansu Fati, Sergi Roberto and Alejandro Balde through injury, but Memphis Depay and Clement Lenglet should be available.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Alves, Araujo, Pique, Dest; F de Jong, Busquets, Pedri; Torres, Aubameyang, Gavi body check tags ::
