Arsenal are willing to match Athletic Bilbao's £26m valuation for star defender Unai Nunez, according to a report.
The once-capped Spain international's impressive displays at the back have already earned him links to Bayern Munich and Manchester City in recent months.
Spanish daily La Razon claims that Arsenal are also now in the running for the 23-year-old and are prepared to trigger his reasonable release clause.
Nunez has spent his entire career to date at Athletic, making 66 first-team appearances for the Basque outfit in total.
Midfield pair Carlos Soler and Marc Roca, who ply their trade for Valencia and Espanyol respectively, are also rumoured to be among Mikel Arteta's targets.
