Thomas Partey could be in contention to return ahead of schedule this week, with Arteta confirming that his summer signing will be back in training ahead of this match. Arsenal hope to see long-term absentee Gabriel Martinelli in Under-23s action again before the end of this month, but his return to the first team is not likely to be until next year.
